Model Contest Entry Registration: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

Admission with Model Contest Entries: $20.00 for up to 20 models

Special Awards

Best In Show: Best model/subject, selected by the category head judges.

Best: Aircraft, Automotive, Diorama, Figure, Gundam, Junior, Maritime, Military Vehicle, and Real Space/Sci-Fi Subject.

Display Only Area

Used to showcase models not entered in the contest and not judged. General Admission entry fee still applies.

Vendors

Vendor table rentals are secured by our receipt of the vendor registration form, and table fees are on a first come, first serve basis. Fees must be received by January 15, 2025. Unpaid table requests will not be accepted. Confirmation of your table rental will be sent upon receipt of your check. Vendor requests may be canceled by January 31, 2025 and a refund will be issued. There will be no refunds after January 31, 2025 for any reason unless another vendor requests for and pays for your tables by February 15, 2025.

Tables are eight feet long and cost $40 per table. Please note that if you need more than two chairs for yourself or your helpers you will need to bring additional chairs. Each vendor may have two helpers who do not have to pay for general admission.
